Will this fit my vehicle?
Each item page lists the basic fit requirements. If you are not sure, text us your vehicle year, make, model, and hitch or crossbar setup before submitting a request.
Do you install the gear?
We include a pickup walkthrough and help you understand how the rack, cargo box, or carrier mounts. You are responsible for safe use during the rental.
How does the refundable deposit work?
The refundable deposit is collected by Venmo at pickup with the rental payment and returned after the gear comes back on time and in good condition.
Can I extend my rental?
Text us as soon as possible. Extensions depend on whether another customer has already requested the item for those dates.
What if I am not sure which item I need?
Send a quick text with your trip plans, vehicle, and how much gear or how many bikes you need to carry. We can point you toward the best fit.
Where is pickup?
Pickup and drop-off are local in Syracuse, Utah. Davis/Weber delivery may be available for an added fee depending on schedule and confirmed vehicle fit.
